RETURNING PRODUCT WITH AN RMA NUMBER
To return a product under warranty, please go to your order history page, locate the order containing the product you wish to return. Complete the Return Request section at the bottom of the order details page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). Foxtec cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Foxtec.
Please prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of box(es) containing the returned product.
All product must be received in the same condition as how it was shipped out, including but not limited to original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer and/or Foxtec.
If any of these instructions are not followed and/or any component(s) of the returned product(s) are missing, Foxtec will be forced to reject receipt of the product and/or void the RMA #.
Beyond 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective items returned for exchange or refund. The restocking fee will be waived on all products determined by Foxtec to be defective.
Exchanges on defective products can only be for the exact same item.
Some returns, which require time and thorough testing, turn out not to be defective. While we strive to offer a no-nonsense approach to customer satisfaction and support, unwarranted returns inhibit our ability to be more responsive to customer needs. For this reason, RMA returns deemed to be non-defective are subject to a $75 service charge. A 15% restocking fee will also apply if customer requests a refund on this equipment return.
