RMA Procedures (Read Carefully)
- To return product click on the appropriate RMA request link below. Fill in completely the information requested. Your RMA number will be sent via email within 2 days. Credit will only be given for defective items that are returned within 5 days of shipment. Items returned after this period will be for replacement or refund less a 20% restocking fee only. Incorrect or incompatible products ordered by you are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping instructions are extremely important and must be followed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a voided warranty. Click on the Packing and Shipping Instructions link below for full details.
- When the defective or incorrect product is received by Foxtec Corporation a replacement drive will be sent out via UPS Ground. Foxtec does not honor advance replacements. If a replacement is needed immediately you must follow the Expedited Replacement procedure explained below.
Expedited RMA Procedures
- If a replacement is needed immediately a new order must be placed before an RMA request is completed. After placing your order complete an RMA request and specify that you would like credit. In the notes state the new order number.
- Your new order will ship as soon as possible. When the defective or incorrect drive is received by Foxtec your credit card will be refunded for the RMA product. No exceptions can be made.
