New
Product has full manufacturers warranty. Product can be returned to the manufacturer or Foxtec for replacement.

Pull
Product was previously installed in a System / Server / Notebook / or other unit. Component was pulled out of said item to be resold. No manufacturers warranty exists on item. Warranty issues are handled through Foxtec only.

Refurbished
Component was refurbished by the manufacturer of the item. Foxtec does not refurbish any components in-house. The warranty can exist through the manufacturer or Foxtec depending on the terms of sale from the manufacturer. See product description for specifics on these items.

Warranties

Foxtec Warranty
This is the period in which you may return the item to Foxtec for refund or replacement. If you need a replacement beyond this period, you must refer to the manufacturers warranty.

Manufacturers Warranty
This is the period in which you may contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. This period may overlap the Foxtec warranty period, in which case you have the choice of who to contact.
